Despite leaving engineering, I completed my BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing, shifting from sales and marketing to human resources. Advancing to leadership roles in Indian and multinational companies was challenging, but I persisted with a consistent approach that propelled me up the corporate ladder.

Over the last five years, I have guided over 1,000 managers through a straightforward process to navigate their next career steps. I've evaluated the potential of over 600 professionals across various industries, helping them pinpoint development areas to target future roles. Now, I've found a digital coaching business and cultivated a community, drawing on the strength I've seen in mentors who are thinkers and doers with a track record of success.
